Where is my order?
The delivery time is 3-7 work days (Monday to Friday) from the day you receive your handler confirmation.
Missing your order confirmation?
The order confirmation is processed automatically and emailed to the email adress you provided during the purchase. If you have not received the confirmation shortly after you placed the order please check your junk mail box. If you still can’t find it, please email email@example.com..
Has my order been processed?
You will receive an email with a handler confirmation at the email adress you provided during purchase once your purchase has been approved. This means that the warehouse will pack and send your order that same day.
I would like to use a discount code
Discount codes are likely to come by when following us on social media, Facebook, Instagram or Snapchat. Don’t forget to sign up to our newsletter for more offers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
By emailing customer service as soon as possible and definitely before your order has been processed, we are able to change or cancel your order. We process all orders as quickly as possible in order to ensure a timely delivery, thus your change of mind has to be handled before your receive your handler confirmation.
Is my order shipped
Your order is shipped the same day you receive your handler confirmation.
If you wish to return your sunglasses you are responsible for any costs involved in that process. The parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Don’t forget to mark your parcel with “Returned Goods”.
Please enclose the handler note to your parcel with your name, order number and reason for return.

Right To Cancel
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to cancel your order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org The goods must be returned to us in good conditions, original packaging, including labels and tags and properly packed for transportation overseas. Note that you are responsible for the cost involved in the return. Please mark your parcel with “Returned Goods”
Customs and VAT
The prices on our website do not include local sales TAX/VAT. Any additional costs that may be charged to you upon delivery must be paid by the receiver. Kick Accessories has no control over these charges and we can not foresee the amount.
